Taekwondo Sparring is central to Taekwondo training. If you are training for a competition, or maintaining fitness, or just doing normal Taekwondo Classes, you are going to be involved with sparring some way or another. The problem with Taekwondo is that doing a little, or doing lots of sparring, can get plenty of accidents for people. Injuries hinder your training and do not allow you to train anyplace near just as much as you should do.

Let the Individual kick that you, or learn to avoid so that you do not get hit at all. Keep your elbows out from the way and if some do that to you, you can tell them to unwind the let you hit them.
