I knew nothing about martial arts but I found myself nervous when having to be out at night so I took a few classes. I chose Fitness Kickboxing 11215 and I loved it.
I learned so much like the best place to kick a predator in order to provide the most damage.
The class was fun and physical and I really enjoyed it and that lead me to take Muay Thai 11215 which was a lot more physical and demanding.
I try to get others to join with me so that they can get some exercise in while learning some self defense.
